NSW Treasury launches RAP
Congratulations NSW Treasury on its new Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP).
Balarinji was engaged to design the RAP document and an accompanying style guide for use across the department. The design of the RAP was based on a community endorsed Aboriginal artwork by Gumbaynggirr artist, Josie Rose called 'Regeneration'.

Josie Rose is a Gumbaynggirr woman who expresses her contemporary Gumbaynggirr cultural heritage through art. For 'Regeneration' her chosen medium is acrylic paint on canvas and the design embodies both creative and cultural expression.
Josie's inspiration comes from a deep place of spiritual connection to her family, community, culture and respect for Mother Earth. Gumbaynggirr Country is beautiful land with both freshwater and saltwater waterways which inspire Josie's holistic connection to Ancestors.

NSW Treasury's RAP brings together the organisation's strategy with current and planned activities that outlines its commitment to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities within their footprint.
